Scud Cricket Helmet - Custom

Welcome to DSC "Helmet Customization" module that enables users to create their own customized helmet with a personalized logo. This service comes at an additional cost of Rs. 350. Users can choose a helmet model, size, and color, and then upload their desired logo/image. They can place and resize the logo/image on the helmet using a design interface. Once satisfied, users can save the design, add the customized helmet to their cart, and proceed to checkout. After ordering, it takes up to 3 working days to prepare the customized helmet for dispatch. Please note that customized helmets are not eligible for return or refund.

Steps to Create a Customized Helmet with Personalized Logo:

1. Select Helmet Model:
   • At first you need to select the Helmet Model given under the “Choose Your Helmet Module” block.
   • Each model has different prices with respect to their built. You can read details about each helmet in the content area under the “Add To Cart” button.
2. Choose Size and Color:
   • After selecting the helmet model, pick the preferred size and color for the helmet.
3. Start Design:
   • Click the "Start Design" button to begin customizing your helmet.
4. Open Design Interface:
   • A pop-up window will appear, providing access to the design interface.
5. Upload Logo/Image:
   • Within the design interface, locate and click the "Image icon”.
   • Upload the logo/image you want to place on the helmet. Be patient as heavy size images might take more time to upload.
   • Kindly be aware that the image/logo you are uploading must strictly belong to you, and you must possess the copyrights necessary for its use. In the event that you do not have the appropriate rights, you will be solely responsible for any potential infringement claims made by the rightful owner of the logo. DSC will not assume liability for any such legal matters.
6. Logo/Image Placement:
   • Once uploaded, the logo will appear on the helmet image.
   • Resize and position the logo according to your preference on the helmet using the design tools.
7. Save Design:
   • After adjusting the logo/image's size and placement, click the "Save" button to save your customized design.
8. Add to Cart:
   • Return to the main customization page and click "Add To Cart" to include your customized helmet in your shopping cart.
9. Cart Review:
   • Visit cart to review the items added. You'll find links to view the designed helmet.
10. Proceed to Checkout:
    • If you're satisfied with the design and cart contents, proceed to the checkout process.
11. Place Order:
    • Provide the necessary order details, shipping information, and payment information.
    • Confirm and place your order.
    • Please note that a customization fee of Rs. 350 will be applied.
12. Order Processing:
    • After the order is received, the company will begin preparing your customized helmet.
    • The preparation process can take up to 3 working days.
13. Order Dispatch and Tracking:
    • Once the helmet is ready, it will be dispatched.
    • You will receive tracking details to monitor the shipment's progress.
14. Return and Refund:
    • It's important to note that customized helmets are not eligible for return or refund due to their personalized nature.
    • Please ensure all design choices are accurate before placing your order.
